Who handles your information
Nora Solutions LLC is a Connecticut limited liability company operated by Philip Nora. This policy covers this website, inquiries and introductory bookings. A client project may have separate data-handling terms agreed for that work.

What we collect and why
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Organization is optional. We also receive information you choose to share by email, phone or during a call.
We use this information to reply, understand the work you need help with, arrange conversations and manage project correspondence and related records. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell inquiry information.
If you book through Cal.com, it collects the booking information you enter and the time you choose. The services supporting this site may also process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver their services and prevent abuse.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, medical records or sensitive information about customers, employees or other people through the inquiry form. Start with a general description; project-specific access and data handling can be discussed separately.
Services that handle information
- Formspree receives and processes form submissions and delivers inquiry notifications. See the Formspree privacy policy.
- Gmail, provided by Google, handles the business inbox and email correspondence. See the Google privacy policy.
- Cal.com handles scheduling on its own website. A booking or call can involve its calendar and video services. See the Cal.com privacy policy.
- Netlify is the hosting provider selected for this website. Hosting services process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. See the Netlify privacy statement.
These providers can process information outside your state or country. Their policies and the settings of the services in use affect how they handle and retain information. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law.
AI-assisted planning
Philip uses ChatGPT, Claude, local models on his PC and Hermes to help plan and organize work. Information from an inquiry may be used in that planning. ChatGPT and Claude are cloud services; using an AI assistant does not mean information stays on a local computer.
For cloud processing, retention and possible use to improve models depend on the provider, product and account settings. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Anthropic’s privacy policy. Hermes can be used with local or cloud models, so the selected model provider matters.
If your inquiry needs particular confidentiality or AI-use restrictions, mention that without including the sensitive details. We can discuss a suitable way to proceed before you share them.
Retention and security
We keep inquiries while needed for the conversation or project and applicable business records. The appropriate period depends on the work, follow-up needs and any legal or recordkeeping obligations. This is not a fixed automatic deletion schedule.
Information can remain in the inbox, form and booking services or work records used for these purposes. Provider retention and backup practices also apply. No website, email service or AI tool can guarantee absolute security.
Your questions and requests
You can ask about information you have shared, request a correction or copy, or request deletion by emailing norasolutionsllc@gmail.com. Use “Privacy request” in the subject and describe what you need without sending identity documents or other sensitive material.
We may need to verify that the request is yours. Legal and recordkeeping requirements can limit what we can delete. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain why; you can reply to ask for a review.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights over your information, including rights to object to or restrict certain uses and to contact a privacy regulator. This policy does not take away those rights.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its date when these practices change. If a change requires a separate notice or permission under applicable law, updating this page alone does not replace that requirement.
